The Narrow Way is a three phase method developed to help you get from stuck in sexual lust to freedom

Destroy

Eliminate everything feeding compulsive sexual behavior — the habits, environments, and access points standing between you and freedom.

Order

Restructure your body, mind, and soul through discipline, healing, and prayer, creating an environment that makes lust nearly impossible.

"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect."

Magnify

Having found real freedom, turn and help other men find it too — leading, mentoring, and multiplying the freedom you've received.

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all consolation, who consoles us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to console those who are in any affliction with the consolation with which we ourselves are consoled by God."

My name is Matthew Nordquist. I am passionate about fighting the good fight against pornography, sexual immorality, lust, and the complacent mediocrity that feeds it all.

For nearly my entire life I believed that I was alone in my struggle. There was no way out of my addiction to lust. However, by the grace of God, everything was taken from me, and I was led along the narrow way: A path filled with hope, joy, and purpose. There is a way and it is neither of shame nor of fear. It is the way of light and truth. Wherever you find yourself in the struggle against the darkness of lust. I pray that you have courage to reach out and take the first step into freedom.
